The Modern Tiny House has every luxury of any high end custom residence only custom fit into a 10' x 24' space. The little home is powered by the sun and can and does reside completely off the grid. From reverse osmosis water, tesla batteries, gas fireplace, TV on a sliding track, air conditioning, and even a built in dish washer. If you provide your needs we can design it and build it!!
